Is Able free?
Yes. Able is free to download and free to use, with no limit on how often you train. There is no subscription, no trial and no paywall. The free app shows ads; one optional one-time purchase, Unlock Everything, removes them for good and unlocks all 74 exercises at once.
Do I need any equipment?
No. Every exercise uses only your body weight and a patch of floor — no chair, no wall, no pull-up bar.
How long is a workout?
Never longer than 15 minutes, rest included. If you finish well within that time, Able offers the remaining minutes as a few extra exercises.
How does Able adapt to my level?
After each workout you answer one question: too hard, just right or too easy. Able keeps a separate level for Push, Legs, Core, Back & Posture, Cardio, Balance and Mobility, and adjusts each one based on what you actually did.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start as a guest without a name or email address, and register later without losing your progress.
Can I train offline?
Yes. Once a workout has started it keeps running without an internet connection, and your progress syncs when you're back online.
Is Able suitable during pregnancy?
You can optionally add a pregnancy profile. Able then filters out exercises that aren't suitable for your trimester. Able does not give medical advice — always check with your doctor or midwife before starting something new.
Who is Able for?
Anyone aged 16 and up, from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Because every category has its own level, the workout grows with you.
Which languages does Able support?
English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish. Able is available on iPhone (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
